Real Work, Real Results

Here's a look at how I've supported local businesses and stayed involved in the community I serve. Every project is different, but the goal is always the same: less chaos, more clarity, and systems that hold up after the work is done.

Community Involvement — Nutley Chamber of Commerce | Ribbon-Cutting Committee

As an active member of the Nutley Chamber of Commerce and its ribbon-cutting committee, I regularly support local businesses at grand openings and community events like the Bonded Lash Bar ribbon cutting in Nutley. Staying embedded in the local business community is how I stay connected to the owners I serve — and how I keep a real pulse on what small businesses in our area are navigating.

Operations & Project Management — Client Workflow Optimization

As lead project manager for a local bookkeeping business, I streamlined client workflows — mapping out existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and building more efficient systems for managing client work. I also created a custom client outreach and lead tracker in Google Sheets, giving the owner one clear place to track prospects, follow-ups, and active clients. The focus was practical throughout: reducing manual work, keeping client communication on track, and building tools the business could actually maintain day to day.

Event Consulting Support — The Sweet Life Cafe Grand Opening | October 23, 2025

I had the pleasure of consulting with the team at The Sweet Life Cafe as they prepared for their grand opening. I helped map out the event — venue setup, food and beverage, décor, and guest experience — turning a wish-list of ideas into an organized plan. The team carried much of it out themselves, and it was a joy to support them in bringing their milestone moment to life.
