Our Founder
I'm Jacqueline Zsoldos, founder of JZ Insights. I spent nearly 14 years at FedEx supporting senior leadership, where I developed deep expertise in operations, project management, and strategic planning at enterprise scale. I started JZ Insights to bring that same level of operational rigor to service-based small businesses — the salons, studios, bakeries, and service operations that rarely get access to it.
My work focuses on helping owners streamline workflows, strengthen client experience, and build systems that run without everything depending on them. I'm a certified PMI-ACP and CMP, and every engagement I take on is built around how your business actually works — not a template.
Outside of work, you'll find me at the gym, reading, practicing meditation, dancing, or talking cars. The qualities I lean on most are resilience, versatility, and a solution-oriented mindset. My approach to just about any challenge comes down to one question: how can we learn from this, and what can we do to move forward?
